Ruuumble from the back bearing area ??
 

Hi have a '51 chipped D5 S-60, that after a split turbo intake pipe, once agains is blasting up and down the A1. Have noticed a rumble/bearing noise from rear left hand side, anyone had this or changed one recently. If so any top tips ? Cheapest places to buy ??

I get a rumbling sound from the rear left area when going over a series of bumps. Not when there is only one. Seems a suspension issue i think with mine. Not when I'm driving on a flat road?

Bearings whine in my experience
 

See title. It's only my experience, though.

A sort of woooooooaaaaaaa noise. Like the one you hear from a double-decker on a dual carriageway.
Does make one wonder about the buses, though......
