ECC resistor Module

Looking for a functioning ECC (auto climate) resistor as per image.

I have two, both of which aren't working (Anyone able to re-solder them??)

Fan bearings have been serviced and chirping noise stopped so just resistor at fault now....

Have you done a search online for a replacement using the part number printed on the resistor?
