Child Seat Warning Light
 

Hi, could anyone please answer the following Question?

There is a warning light on the left hand side of the upper display where the courtesy lights are showing a car seat with a child seat on. I know this is to warn you that the air bag is switched on and is dangerous if you fit a child seat.

My question is should this be on all the time (ignition on), as mine is?

Mine is on all the time as well. I guess it only turns off if you disable the airbag.

Same here. My assumption would be that it's an indication of what "mode" it's on whether it be in "child seat safe" or "not child seat safe".
