why don't you just check the rings and sensors first? Easy to do and cost no money. Lift the car in the front, so both wheels are free. Remove the wheels. The rings are at the end of the driveshafts. Check for dirt, between ring and sensor, rost, that makes the teeth of the ring "unreadable" and if the ring is broken. The sensor can be checked as follows: Unplug the wire. Take a multimeter and measure the resistance. It should be between 1040 and 1160 Ohm. Then switch to Voltage and turn the driveshaft. When turning it, the multimeter should indicate some voltage. That shows, that the sensor is producing signals. Cheers Gernot |
