Hi there, this is my firs post
My car is V70 2,4 2005 and I can't switch to CNG. CNG gauge stays at zero, but the tank is full. Just before that a week or two the gauge jumps randomly and when shows 0 the car changes to petrol. And one day stays permanently to 0.
I run VIDA diagnostic the result is on pictures.
Can anyone help me with the problem?

If they located as on 1999 cars the sensor is a pig to swap. Sits in the end of one of your tanks. It'll take you forever to blow-down the tanks to swap!

Below 7 Bar hte ECU will not switch to CNG/LPG. It gets a voltage from the sensor. Either your sensor or wiring is faulty. Unplug the sensor and put say 3.0V on the loom and watch to see if the gauge lifts. If it does, sensor has gone kaput. It might be easier to leave the old sensor in place and get yourself an AEB806 gauge.

AEB806 gauge.: These give the same 0.2 - 4.5V out put and you can adjust with a resistor or two anyway.

Bosch make the sensor, I have the numebr somewhere, it's about £30. Volvo want £350!

Bosch 0261545055 Pressure Sensor will work, if like my 1999 car, this has a different thread to the Volvo item. Thus you'll need to 'plumb-in' it to the pipework or get a 'reducing adaptor' on the tank. Plug is also different - these found on diesel injectors.

You're going to get good with stainless-steel!
