Yes. Anyone happens to have it saved somewhere on a computer? I'd really, really like to have it, and I could host it on my site for future downloads.

That's the problem here some of these stickies with links are no longer viable.... like this one and the one below. If no one knows a current link they should be delete after notice by those in command of the button as they are a waste of space.
