Volvo 700/900 series rear jacking points
These are now available to order with a 2 week lead time.
They are made using 3mm (same thickness as the original material) Zintec, they are made on a custom made jig to ensure they're straight and symmetrical, however please bare in mind they're hand made so there will be discrepancies in them. £55 posted for one £100 posted for a pair https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...800dc379_z.jpg IMG-20210902-WA0002 by Luke Ryland - Flickr2BBcode LITE https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...3c1d7685_z.jpg IMG-20210902-WA0003 by Luke Ryland - Flickr2BBcode LITE https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...7492f8c3_z.jpg IMG-20210902-WA0005 by Luke Ryland - Flickr2BBcode LITE https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...19d7d34d_z.jpg IMG-20210902-WA0004 by Luke Ryland - Flickr2BBcode LITE |

You do realise that with fabricating these parts that are currently made from unobtainium that one of the things you will almost certainly be asked for are sills? Any plans to produce those? |
Quote:
At the moment no plans but it is something we can look in to making, I expect we would need some serious kit for that though as the size of the sills would require some large tooling. Firstly though the battery and washer bottle trays are next in the list to fabricate. |

First pair sold :)

Looking good Luke.
Thankfully jacking points are good on my 940, but know where to go! Outriggers on my sold 1989 240 though needed welding twice in 10 years. James:thumbs_up: |
Take my money! Just need one at this point.
Same price N.I. shipping? |

Conversely anything sent to Eire has been a bit £OUCH although the last thing that i sent there was picked up by a UK person working for the same company as the end-user worked for in Eire so no cost known. |
I have 2 of these ready made
|
One left ready made

Due to the cost of materials (which has gone up) and the time involved in making these the price will have to go up as I'm barely making any profit on these. I've just sold a pair (the first set as a pair) and postage was £12 so I can't offer free postage anymore either.
New price for one is £65.50 posted New price for a pair is £125 posted. |
Availability
Hi,
Are these still available? Thanks Sam |
I committed to buy one before Christmas, knowing that it would be new year before they were ready, but I can't get any update now. All gone quiet.
