Volvo 700/900 series rear jacking points

These are now available to order with a 2 week lead time.

They are made using 3mm (same thickness as the original material) Zintec, they are made on a custom made jig to ensure they're straight and symmetrical, however please bare in mind they're hand made so there will be discrepancies in them.

Maybe on the "Round Robin" when it happens Luke. I'm sure there are others whose need is greater at the moment!

You do realise that with fabricating these parts that are currently made from unobtainium that one of the things you will almost certainly be asked for are sills? Any plans to produce those?

As the round robin won't be u till next year now there won't be a rush to make them anyway :)

At the moment no plans but it is something we can look in to making, I expect we would need some serious kit for that though as the size of the sills would require some large tooling. Firstly though the battery and washer bottle trays are next in the list to fabricate.

Looking good Luke.

Thankfully jacking points are good on my 940, but know where to go! Outriggers on my sold 1989 240 though needed welding twice in 10 years.

If it's any help, on the few occasions i've sent things to NI, the postage has been the same as Mainland UK. They were relatively light things though so i don't know if heavier things would incur a premium or if things have changed as it was a few years back now.

Conversely anything sent to Eire has been a bit £OUCH although the last thing that i sent there was picked up by a UK person working for the same company as the end-user worked for in Eire so no cost known.

Thanks for the offer Damo, yeah if you could ask please and also if you could get measurements if possible please as space is tight as it is and I need to have a serious sort out.

Have you got anywhere sorting the washer bottle and battery trays yet?

Not yet, I've got an O/S one in good condition to sort a pattern out but I've been too busy with other jobs to even think about it.

Due to the cost of materials (which has gone up) and the time involved in making these the price will have to go up as I'm barely making any profit on these. I've just sold a pair (the first set as a pair) and postage was £12 so I can't offer free postage anymore either.

New price for one is £65.50 posted
New price for a pair is £125 posted.

Thanks
Sam

I committed to buy one before Christmas, knowing that it would be new year before they were ready, but I can't get any update now. All gone quiet.
