Apps?
 

Never really explored this feature of the Mighty XC60 and would need to connect via my phone. So, any Apps actually worth using?

I looked at them when they first appeared, can't recall having used anything since then.

My phone does much more better and faster

The apps are not worth the wait whilst they very slowly load unless you are watching some paint dry, much better to use your smart phone which will most probably use 4G v the slow 3G that your XC60 uses.

Does your XC60 have it's own mobile connection?

Mine connects to my phone's hot-spot so benefits from whatever connection speed my phone has

Having said that, the apps are slow and my phone does it all better everything.

The apps are no better than a novelty, if you forgot to look at weather at your destination, that works, or if you want wiki locations to tell you the population of the nearest town....

Thankfully I was only buying that for the Nav
