What I almost did today
I almost took the fuel sender/pump out of the V70.
Seats out, covers off - but no amount of home made tools would get the lids off the tank. Resolution - pen and paper in the car to track fuel consumption! |
Tracked the front wheels due to the car starting to drift to the right. After several attempts at adjusting the tracking, finally found that the right lower ball joint nut had some how worked loose, allowing the front right wheel to move on its own!
Locked it up again, and this time applied some thread lock. Tracked the front yet again and hey presto, nice and straight steering wheel and no drift :D |
Did this!!
