V70 Fault Code Help

2 Attachment(s)
So due to family issues I took a break from sorting this Volvo v70 2003 D5 SE Auto 2.4L

Decided today I would take it in for some fault codes to be removed due to the previous owner. Please can anyone confirm that

DTC is found not active - Means a stored code that is no longer active?
DTC is found active - Currently active? - makes sense but i could be so wrong lol.

I understand some of the codes

CCM-0021 Air Quality Sensor Internal Fault - Will have to buy replacement?

I was adviced that due to my age of car, these codes could be as simple as buying some MAF cleaner

ECM-1300 Mass air flow (MAF) sensor signal - Signal to High
ECM 130C Mass air flow (MAF) sensor - Negative drift

There is no issues though with tick over, acceleration etc. If faulty, they are not hard to replace, what do you think, worth a clean? Although I had this in my old Volvo V70 1997 2.5 TDI, cleaned it and problem solved, the issue was with the sliding arm and its connection to the board, this doesnt look anything like that one.

Next is

ECM-4405 EGR Valve - Flow too Low

I was told the unit needed cleaning due to soot etc, again have you had this issue and is cleaning the way to go?

The next one is a concern

PSM-E003 Configuration fault Faulty Configuration (DTC found active)

All the other faults surrounding this show (DTC is found not active) so I have no clue what this relates too except the possibility with my heated seats not working.

I have attached the sheet, I appoligse for my writing on it, I was looking to roughly price up based on the lesser of two evils.

Any advice with be greatfully received.

The air quality sensor is nothing to worry about ,

The Air mass meter is not faulty , the problem is the low EGR flow ,
Good job you asked , you were just about to ruin a perfectly good £350 Air mass Meter .. Never "clean" one , they don't need it , they self clean and fresh filtered air goes over the sensor ..

ECM-1300 Mass air flow (MAF) sensor signal - Signal to High

how does low egr flow give this,?
ECM-1300 Mass air flow (MAF) sensor signal - Signal to High
maybe over boosting

well when a certain volume of air ( exhaust gas ) is entering the manifold from an EGR valve and going into the combustion chamber it is bypassing the air mass meter so not accounted for .. There is a correction applied to the air mass meter reading when the ECU opens the EGR valve ..
When the EGR valve is open because it is sticking , this correction is not added of course so there is less air going through the air mass meter than expected .

likewise if the valve is stuck shut the correction is applied but the additional expected gas is not being allowed in so it goes through the air mass meter instead making the air flow higher than expected .

I am so glad I did ask, as not only saved me time and money, saved me ruining it and hating myself.

Thank you for the responses so far.

I watched a video in cleaning the EGR valve, so I think best to go down that route, as this is into the 200,000 mile, although full and thorough service history, if I am correct, its more likely a build up of soot and oil restricting the flow?
