Do you still have people fill in a form on your website call them back and ask every single bloody question again, only to then provide a price that is more than Elephant etc?

Hi, the web form is a contact form with just a few extra qualifying questions to help us determine whether to pass the enquiry to the quotes team for calling or send a declinature by email. I'm sorry you feel it is over the top.

£250 last year and £288 come renewal, so about £75 more than numerous high street providers and that's with club discount. Was very impressed last year, good service but bit of a disappointment in the end sadly given the renewal wasn't competitive. Makes me wonder if the "£250 minimum policy charge" applies here too as it seemingly did when I asked for a quote for my wife's car and having been told you'd beat her renewal by 10% at least, managed to be £2 less than said renewal from Adrian Flux... also ~£250 so £2 isn't 10%. In the end Churchill offered a better level of cover for £175.00 fully comp.

Alas it is and I dare say they'll increase it at renewal and we'll be back in the hot seat.
