850 tdi wanted to introduce friend to Volvo
 

Hi
I’ve a friend who needs a load lugger and a diesel so I’ve suggested an 850 Tdi,but do you think we can find one?
Has anyone got one for sale or may be thinking of selling,if so please contact me as they are going to take my advice and buy their first Volvo.
Please no 🍋(lemons) as I’ve been singing their praises and would hate to find them a donkey.
I missed out on a one owner 55,000 miler,now that would be hard to beat I know.

My early V70 TDi will be available in a couple of weeks, once I have picked up my new to me XC70.

It's on 239,000 miles, MOT til August (from memory) and running like a dream. I've done about 14000 miles in it since buying it in May!

Would be keeping it as a commuter car but the whole point of me shelling out on a nice XC70 is to cut down on the number of cars I'm taxing and insuring.

New brakes throughout for last MOT. It's CD spec so has sunroof, climate (works), Cruise (stopped working at Christmas and haven't found out why yet) Perfo wheels (2 good tyres, 2 need changed), a set of V70XC wheels currently on shod with Avon winter tyres - new in November at £85 apiece. New pattern headlamps fitted after I bought it too, as the originals were dire.

Looking for £1000 for that, including both sets of wheels, Pure DAB/Bluetooth/USB stereo and any spares you want from my stash.

Need to get some photos of it soon for a proper for sale post, but I have a couple from recent trips to Islay and Sheffield on my phone...
