XC90, toll TAG position
 

Hi guys... Is there any particular position on the windscreen where to mount TAG? Its heated wind sreen...

Mine is passenger side top right close to black housing. Works fine through heated screen.

Mine's top of the screen to the right of black box behind the rear view mirror. Works every time.

Anyone know how to get a VAT receipt for each trip?

I wanted to mount it on exact same place as you guys... just wandering if there is samo particular position that Volvo wanted us to mount it.

Audi, Merc’, BMW, commonly have position for TAG... And you can see that, like a “holl” where you put it.

Some cars have a shaded area with no heater wires but Volvo does not so anywhere that suits you is fine.

Download your monthly invoice from your online account, list all the transactions and I assume VAT too (never had a problem putting mine through the accounts) D76

If you're not sure just try pressing it against the screen by hand, once you've found where it works then stick it on.

Hi all. I have just bought a 2017 V90 D5 awd Inscription with heated screen, Xenium pack etc. I am off to France in a few weeks and have been wondering where to fit my toll tag as there is no mottled area. The advice about holding it against the screen until I find an area that works seems like the most sensible. Having said that, it appears that the screen is clear of heater elements at both bottom corners and I wondered if anyone has experience of fitting the tag there. Thanks in anticipation.
