XC40 Power Tailgate ? retrofit
 

I know that the factory can install a power Tailgate, but is it possible to retrofit the hardware ?

In other words, does Volvo still use the same electrical harness in all vehicles so that they can deliver the options as ordered ?

My XC40 came off the showroom floor with the dealer's 'Lifestyle Option', but I would like to have the convenience of the remote opening option.

Or, am I dreaming ?

Its not listed as an accessory anywhere I can see - I'm sure like all things its possible, but would be fairly expensive I'd have thought as think the Different Boot Struts are around £200 a pop before you have any labour/software.... give your supplying dealer a shout :)
