Boot light -power but no light
 

Hi all,

This might be a real simple problem but it's got me stumped.

The light in the boot has stopped working. I have changed the bulb and it still doesn't work. I put a multimeter across the fitting and its getting just under 12V when the other interior lights are on. I've used a couple of new bulbs as well as testing the bulbs with the multimeter but I just can't get the thing to light up. The other interior lights work fine.

Any ideas anyone.

Bad earth is the usual suspect. Poking with meter probes might bypass the actual earth.
