S40 DPF Issue, anyone near Manchester with Vida Dice?

Hi guys,
So the other day I went to join the motorway, put my foot down and had almost no oomph, car refused to rev above 3000rpm and feels gutless. Brought it home and plugged it into my autocom and fired up Delphi, seems im getting the dtc 2A30 code that comes back as dpf filter blocked, strange though because there were zero warning lights on the dash and the car was driving absolutely fine up until that point.
So I got a guy to come out and attempt to clean the dpf, he did a hydrogen clean and then tried to do a forced dpf regeneration but the car refused to play ball even with following the guidelines.
So I did some research and a lot of people say it can just be the sensor, so I managed to pick up a guaranteed working part off an xc90 (checked with vida dice by the guy), swapped them over, reset and codes and started her up. No joy. I took a look at the pipes that come off it and even though the cover around the rubber hoses looked frayed, the rubber didn't look cracked or have any holes in it.
Since then I've also been to a local indie volvo specialist and they tried it on their machine and even the mac tools guy tried it, the dpf just keeps refusing to do anything. Unfortunately the guy that knows how to use the vida dice system is away until Monday, but ideally I'd like to try and get this sorted asap.

So, with that all said, does anyone near Oldham/Manchester have vida dice and could take a look? More than willing to chuck you some money or get you some beers of course!

I've got a DICE (knockoff but it works) and VIDA, although I'd have zero idea how to diagnose your issue. Based in Warrington if you can drive, but I can get to Oldham fairly easily.
