Don't shoot me down in flames, I know this question would have been asked before.

My engine has now got 140k on it so what would people suggest as the best life blood to keep it going?

As has often been said, what it states in the handbook!
140k is nowt unless its been hammered, and if it has been hammered that hard, the damage is done.
If looking for more protection and your engine uses A5/B5, you can use A3/B4 instead, and/or xw40 instead of xw30, but you dont need to.
