440 engine replacement question
 

Found a replacement engine for my 1995 440 CVT model, B18U, which had been suddenly stricken ill last month. Same displacement, one year newer, but there's a nuance: this one is listed as having come from a five-speed manual car.

Question: Does that matter when it comes to a shop performing a swap, to the point where there could be some incompatibility that cannot be overcome, or does that not matter?

(Not swapping out transmission, just engine)
