60k service

What gets done at the 60k service on a 2002 (52) 115bhp 1.9D S40?

I've been quoted £240 (all in) by a non-franchise dealer, which sounds a lot for just a routine service to me.

I've just had a quote for £310.13 from a main dealer for a 60k service on a '53' diesel V40, so £240 from a non-franschise seems high ?
It's apparently a major service...(so seems every other one !)

I recently had a 60000 miles service done by my local Volvo dealer and it cost just under £250 incl vat.

Rybrook Warrington wanted to charge £349 all in.
They got it down to £280 when I told them about Drayton's price.
