Wouldn't overly worry about it tbh...it generally will give signs of unstable idle/cutting out etc before it goes belly up completely.
You could have a look at it and see if it needs a clean (the butterfly area) but that's about it.
Mines still on the original ETM at 102k and showing no signs of misbehaving yet...and greater mileages have been achieved. (but they do fail eventually)
I'd be inclined to leave the beggar alone if you haven't got any obvious signs of trouble.
