Should be in the supplemental manual in the glovebox. Not sure about waypoints, but destinations are done as follows:
1. Select destination from the intinerary > Enter or Right to get to submenu > select Store Location > Enter
2. From the map scroll screen > scroll the cross hairs to the desired location > Enter to get to the map scrolling menu > Down to Store Location > Enter
