Your looking behind the heatshield above the turbo. Beneath that, you will see a rod that runs to the wastegate, right to left. Slacken the 10mm lock nut, remove the r clip that secures the rod to the actuator, remove from the spindle and then CAREFULLY, turn the adjuster clockwise. You want to hold the arm secure otherwise you will damage the diaphragm
