That's happened to me too in the past with CK ...so annoying.!
I stopped using them two years ago.
That £250 floor they speak of has been there for at least the last two or three years.!
I can do much better...last year I went with M&S ((£240 fully comp. INCLUDING full RAC personal membership)...and this year with Kwikfit ((£191 fully comp. INCLUDING full breakdown cover)
