Any car spares will do carb/throttle housing cleaner. The spark plug recesses are very deep as you obviously know so getting any broken off melted on rubber is gonna be a nightmare to remove! Long thin sharp knife maybe to try and cut away at it, but need to be careful of any bits falling through hole if you manage to get plug out!
