Here is a good place to start for front end upgrade: LINKY!

Front End:

The facelift came out on MY2008 vehicles (known as post facelift) so you are looking for parts from 2008 onwards, don't restrict yourself from looking for 2011 onwards parts only.

The 2008 grille will was then itself updated to the new 'Iron' emblem grille in 2010/11, this is just a grille change but the bumpers are all exactly the same from 2008 onwards. This means you can get a 2008 bumper and fit a 2011 grille.

You will need new lights as they are indeed different, you can pick the new lights up in just halogen form which is a direct replacement for your current ones and are just - Plug & Play - with the new bumper that is. Halogen headlights for the post facelift have the white strip at the front of the headlamp and xenon ones have the chrome/silver strip.

The front fog lights and surrounds are different, the cheapest way to upgrade these is to get a light pack called 'See and Be Seen' from Volvo which contains all the parts you need (fog lights, surrounds (fog light covers), light switch block).

Rear end upgrade:

Again you can get parts from 2008 onwards.

You need to change everything and not just the bumper, the lights need changing too. The new lights are shorter and new bumper longer so you can't mix and match.
