I've just replaced the tubing on the vac system.
4mm from the vac to the first T piece then 3mm from then on. The slightly narrower gauge pipe seems to have tightened things up, definitely a faster response to the throttle at all rpm. Maybe replacing the pipe has cured a few minor leaks and as a result tightened things up, either way it was worth doing.
