Hi,
Given you 1) Fill the tank to the top 2) Reset the trip or note the miles on the clock 3) Drive until
nearly empty and 4) fill back up to the top you should then have an accurate indication as to how much petrol you have used and know how far you have travelled
That will allow you to calculate the mpg or mpl for the journey..
