You'll need to drill the 12mm holes in the stub axle out to 14mm to take the larger bolts the XC90 calipers use for mounting, and also drill out the holes in your steering limiter arms to 14mm. You should be able to reuse your old hoses as the nipple location is closer on the XC calipers. and that's it - no other modifications needed. Use new bolts cut to the correct length when mounting the caliper.







Yes, the 305mm hose is slightly longer.
