Sounds like a nice project. First of all, try contacting Guy Vermant at Vermant in Rumst on
www.vermant.be to see if he can fix you a green book, as in the official Volvo service manual. These are excellent books. Also, try finding them on
www.ebay.be, they often appear in the US, the UK and Germany.
Other than that, try either
www.amazon.co.uk or Haynes themselves for the Haynes manual,
www.haynes.com. Although, however useful and good these books are, the wiring diagrams they have are often very difficult to read.
