My local Volvo service manger said its not worth draining my gearbox at 93,000.

So for £108, my Volvo Indy will drain just the box and then I may get it done again at the next service.

My thinking is that a partial drain will hopefully replace some lubricantion of the oil if it's been reduced over time. And is better than nothing.

I will ask to see a sample of what comes out.
