From the blue smoke and weird smelling brown coolant - I'd say your head gasket is on it's way out.
Do you have any pressure in the expansion header?
If the engines stone cold, pop outside and unscrew the cap, see if you get any pressure being released.
From how you've described it, it sounds pretty shag*ed to be honest
Did you have any proof of the turbo being done?
