Pointless complaining about orange peel these days in honesty all of them have it. BMW are the worst because the orange peel originates in the primer.
Regarding the paintwork they would have just used a filling polish hence why you can see the damage now.
I would suggestyou get professional detailer or someone with a paint thickness gauge to measure across the car as the marks could be from fixing other damage during transit.
Leather wise let them order it and rectify but overall startwith the paint.
