Its worth remembering that the windscreen is a structural part on modern cars, if its leaking then the structural integrity is compromised....
Its a a well known xc60 issue, something to do with failed glue primer at the factory if I recall.
Windscreen repairers use a very nifty cheesewire-like screen removal system these days, it may be worth getting a quote for reinstall from them if you are out of warranty.
