I didn't notice the prices but it isn't King on these things and whilst they both appear to have the green pcb, check if it's the multicoloured LED Dice.
The software, you can sort cheaply if there's a problem, it's the quality of the Dice unit that causes problems for some people.
It's quite a price difference between the two considering it's the same seller.
