£1500 is bloody cheap, especially when you consider that getting the gearbox out and back in must easily be an 8-10 hour job, even with a 2-post lift!
One thing to be wary of potentially - I was speaking to a fella who had an exchange 'box fitted, rather than his own reconditioned, and he said it simply never worked properly no matter how many trips to the dealer's for recoding or updates.
Must admit though... I am starting to consider a T6 again as a work hack.
(My previous T6 was an S80 and unbelievably managed to get to 130k without any gearbox problems at all)
