Coming back to realistic comparisons though, I think the carpets in my Honda Accord were almost as good, although the boot was much cheaper stuff. I've always noticed that skodas have particularly nasty carpets, even the Superb.

used to own am '89 635CSi Highline - fantastic carpets, almost like lambswool.
Wanted to get some mats so as to spare/preserve the originals...Simply couldn't find ANY aftermarket ones that came anywhere near it.
