As above, level and fluid type first.

The 2005 had issues with water leaking inside the CEM, worth google up about the issue as it may also affect transmission function, although it usually causes other electrical problems

Worth perhaps also checking the axle bolts are properly secured and the axles are properly engaged into the transmission. Also a look at the engine/transmission mounts.
