Er.... I would not recommend pressurising the fuel tank.... if you do get stuck your best bet is to make sure the fuel tank is full and jack up the back of the car as high as you can (ack. Clan for that tip).

The hand pump is the official way and there is a genuine Volvo one you can buy (at a price...). Some of the Peugeot/Citroen vehicles that had the engine have a hand pump built into the fuel supply line.

Some cheap pumps from internet/motor factors are poor quality/utterly useless. If you have a good one though it's easy.
