I'll PM you the service bulletin note.

PS - have a look at the thread on the bolts - like in the picture, there should be some yellow 'gunk' on the end - that's the thread adhesive.
The red mesh thing over the thread is just to protect the thread during transportation.
Adding extra thread lock may or may not make any difference - I'm not an expert in molecular adhesive properties, but like most things too much isn't always better!
