Safety Recall Notice - VCM
Just received a recorded delivery letter for the above.
There is a software issue in the Vehicle Connectivity Module (VCM) which means that in an accident the wrong location may be sent to the emergency services. The nav system may also lose position in normal use.
Notice says a software update by the dealer is required asap.
A "limited number" of vehicles in model years 2017 to 2019 are affected.
