Re not liking diesels, you really don’t know what you’re missing if you’ve never had one.

To the OP - you mentioned R-design - that’s on the later cars, not the 2000 - 2007 P2’s.

Do your research on here, look for one that’s been well maintained and you’re unlikely to have many regrets. Before I bought my XC70 I found a 2002 V70 D5 for £800. It had full service history and had 8 cam belt changes. Just over 800,000 miles on the original engine. One clutch, same gearbox.
