I think it’s all down to a faulty CEM I had replaced last year. After replacing it I don’t think the indie garage cleared the codes. The car has done a couple of thousand miles since without any issue at all.
The tuner is worried that if he clears them and there’s an ECU fault subsequently I might expect him to cough up for a replacement. Apparently he’s had It happen before so won’t risk it.
The problem is how do I find a dealer or indie who knows enough about these things to fix this, preferably without having to pay a fortune? I not very trusting of dealers at the best of time.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

If you bought a new CEM and it was coded to the car properly you wo't have any problems , No one is going to risk altering your car with the wrong or a used CEM from a different car in your car ..
