Vapour (steam) out of a cold engine in cold weather is quite normal, but not when the engine is fully up to temp.

Oil leak from the turbo pipe is quite common and only needs the gasket at one end and the "O" ring at the other of the metal oil pipe changing.

I don't think there is a complete PCV kit for these cars (but I am prepared to be corrected) but the parts can be obtained separately.
