The connectors on the TPS should be simple 1/4" female spades, no rocket science on it. Should also be a brown one on it, depending what happens when you disconnect the other two, we might disconnect the brown one later with the other two still connected. If Volvo have done the unthinkable and put a different plug on it, without seeing it i don't know so you might have to upload a photo or two.

NOID light arrived
and now I’ll test TPS
Noid light test shows that all four plugs are blinking. It’s blinking very slow on idle. No plugs shows a gap where there’s no light flashing. 3000rpm shows nothing wrong there. It’s blinking bright and fast on 3k rpm on all plugs. And all four plugs stops blinking when I let off the gas.
The TPS is sketchy for me to remove, I don’t wanna destroy those pins.
It looks bad inside that plug. I have tried to remove debris inside. No difference in idling
