Hmmm.... My 940 bonnet front edge looks like I drive in a gravel pit..
If not covered (cracks/gaps in the paint) then depending on how bad the rust is either clean off and have it resprayed - but get it acid etched with a zinc-ing chemical or galvanised - and then painted up..

By the way, please try to resist the temptation to use huge fonts. We're not blind you know..
