Almost certainly stolen (1/4 Light and locks),
but subsequently recovered, and now offered for sale for spares / repairs by a reputable salvage business (address and landline).
The price is however a matter of opinion. As we have said many times in threads such as this, any car is worth however much or little someone is prepared to pay for it. If this one doesn't sell at the asking price and hangs around like a bad smell, I would expect it to be reoffered at a more modest figure. I don't think that there is anything more sinister about it than that.
