Default D5 error codes - presume all related to swirl arm?

I recently had the 'engine system service' warning appear after a bit of brisk acceleration (in very cold weather (-7oC) not sure if this had anything to do with it?), read the codes through Vida which were:

ECM-135F Mass air flow (MAF) sensor - Signal too low DTC is found active.
ECM-18B0 Swirl actuator control - Offset fault DTC is found active.
EPS-0050 Memory error ROM Internal fault DTC is found active.

I presume the swirl arm is broken/disconnected and other errors are as a result of that? Far too cold right now to go and look but have done lots of reading on this, seems a fairly easy and inexpensive fix.

For now, error code is cleared and didn't reappear on a short drive around the block.

Engine is a 2007 D5244T8 with 83k miles.
