Anyhow back to life with my 960 ....

So I always knew that at some point I would have to deal with the signs of tin worm appearing on the old girl and a fortuitous loss and retrieval of the offside front mud-flap revealed the truth.

Surface rust and paint bubbling appearing on the front wing hidden under the mud-flap and where there is one patch there is sure to be more!

So I really looked for it and sure enough under each mud-flap and about to spread to the wheel arches the same paint bubbling and surface rust... so I have bitten the kinetic projectile and taken the beast to a body shop for a quote...

Pics of the offending rust will follow

If I were 30 years younger and able to get up having got down I would probably have a go myself but since I am not I will leave it to a professional.

Plus I will have the dent in my front passenger door pulled (thanks neighbours) and get some paint chips touched up too whilst it is there.
