Many thanks for the “heads up”.
The image differs slightly from the original valve which I removed in that the white operating arm is cranked and it has a hole in the end to connect the operating cable, whereas mine is not cranked and has a nub on the end instead of a hole. When the new one arrives I will crawl in and compare it with the OEM one that I have fitted now. I suspect that the operating system may be slightly different with mine having a lever on the valve mounting plate/housing which bears against the nub on the valve lever, as I mentioned in my original post way back when.
