I am happy to be wrong, but it is perhaps due to it being a fresh quote on the system that is causing the increase. If you were to get a fresh quote on the Inscription, you might have found it would have also gone up £83.
Use a comparison checker anyway - always someone else that'll be cheaper. Go back to them and they might reduce once they know you can get it cheaper elsewhere anyway.
